Villa Marina

We are thrilled to unveil this superb 4-bedroom property, newly added to our collection for the 2026 season.

Situated just off the Kalamar Road, Villa Marina offers lovely views of the surrounding mountains and local olive groves. This spacious villa has been decorated in a contemporary style and is located on a relatively flat road, making the walk to the town centre an easy 15-20 minutes. Numerous local amenities are conveniently close by, including the CarrefourSa supermarket, Cafe Vita, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Aqua Cafe. Additionally, a pathway through the adjacent olive grove offers direct access to the sea front.

Ground Floor

The main entrance leads into a hallway featuring a cloakroom/W.C. that includes a shower. A washing machine is housed within the cupboard beneath the stairs for guest use.

The expansive open-plan living area is well-appointed with two large sofas, four comfortable armchairs centered around a coffee table, and a Smart TV. Glass sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large fridge-freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and water cooler. Adjacent is a dining table seating 8, with a second set of sliding doors opening onto the garden terrace.

First Floor

This level houses three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Twin): Features twin beds (can be positioned together, though it is not a double mattress), a dressing table with a stool, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors open onto a shared, covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedroom 2 (Twin): Another twin room with a dressing table, stool, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared, covered balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.

Bedroom 3 (Master): A large master suite with a king-sized bed, a dressing table, stool, wardrobes, and an ottoman, complemented by an armchair. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony, furnished with a glass-topped table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain views.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 4 (Master): Set beneath high eaves, the final bedroom is the second master bedroom. It features a king-sized double bed, a dressing table with a stool, a wardrobe, and a TV, along with an armchair. This room has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors providing direct access to the villa's roof terrace.

A separate glass door on the landing also grants access to the roof terrace. This area is furnished with four mesh sun loungers and a comfortable seating set; the perfect spot for enjoying a sundowner before heading into town for dinner.

Outdoors

The villa features a large freshwater swimming pool with integral Roman steps for easy access, as well as a submerged seating area at the opposite end. The pool deck is furnished with 6 sun loungers, a parasol, and side tables.

Leading from the living room is a covered al-fresco dining area beneath a pergola, featuring a dining table for 8 guests and a stone BBQ. The terrace also offers additional relaxation space, including a comfortable metal sofa and two armchairs with cushions set around a coffee table, plus a table football game and a swing chair.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request; guests should bring their own cot bedding.

Hairdryers are provided (one in each bedroom)
