Villa Maris is one of our contemporary rental options, perfectly situated in the highly sought-after Kalamar area of Kalkan, offering guests uninterrupted sea views across Kalamar Bay. Completed and put into service in 2016, this lovely villa boasts a spacious, stylish, and minimalist design throughout its 5 en-suite bedrooms, providing a total accommodation capacity for 10 people. The property features its own freshwater infinity pool and is conveniently located just 600 metres from the sea, just a 10 minutes' walk of Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs.

Ground Floor
The villa's ground floor features a large, open-plan living and kitchen area set on cool, contemporary marble flooring. The kitchen is fully fitted with a modern design, including an island unit overlooking Kalamar Bay, and is well-equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, gas hob with extractor, and electric oven. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating alongside a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the property and offer stunning sea views.

This floor also has a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities and a dressing area, which provides direct access to the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom is also available on this level.

First Floor
The first floor comprises 3 elegant bedrooms: a double, a twin, and the master suite. Each room enjoys sea views, en-suite facilities, dressing areas, and private balconies; notably, the master en-suite features a jacuzzi in addition to a walk-in shower.

Second/Top Floor

There is a further double bedroom with en-suite facilities. This room benefits from access to a private sun terrace offering beautiful panoramic sea views. Adjacent to this bedroom is a second, separate sun terrace that can be enjoyed by all members of your party.

Outdoors
The exterior features a spacious pool terrace with attractive decked areas and a stunning freshwater infinity pool, which includes a separate section fir kids. The terrace is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a BBQ area, a comfortable outdoor seating arrangement, and a dining table set to seat 8 guests.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Pool towels are supplied for guests' use
