Villa Marvelous is a luxurious property located in a peaceful and elevated spot above Kalamar Bay, offering stunning views of the surrounding islands. It is situated approximately a 20-minute walk from Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, providing easy access to seaside activities. The town center of Kalkan is also within reach, just a 25-30 minute walk away. This exquisite villa boasts 5 en-suite bedrooms. The first-floor bedrooms have shared furnished balconies with sea views. The villa's second-floor bedroom is noteworthy for its spacious terrace, which includes an outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a dining table, providing an ideal location for relaxation. The villa's interior is impressive with a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen that provides panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The pool terrace outside offers guests the opportunity to relax with a private swimming pool that includes an integrated jacuzzi section, sun loungers, and parasols. Entertainment options include table football and table tennis. There is ample outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table and a stone BBQ, making it the ideal place to dine and socialise in lovely surroundings.

Living Room

The lounge are features a generously proportioned curved sofa, accompanied by an armchair and pouffe, arranged around a central coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV with English-speaking Channels and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. There is also a table football and table tennis. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
