Villa Mavi Kelebek

Situated in the Kisla region of Kalkan, Villa Mavi Kelebek can comfortably host large groups of up to 13 guests across 6 en-suite bedrooms, featuring five bedrooms that offer access to balconies with sea views.

The spacious pool terrace, outdoor dining area, and infinity pool provide guests with the perfect setting to unwind while taking in the Kalkan climate and breathtaking sea views. The property is equipped with entertainment options, including a table tennis table, table football, and air hockey.

Villa Mavi Kelebek is roughly a 5-minute stroll from the renowned Mahal Beach Club and about a 20-minute walk from the old town of Kalkan, along with its shopping areas and beach.

Ground Floor

The ground floor primarily features a living space, where the lounge is furnished with a pair of sofas and two tub chairs arranged around the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. 

A dining table accommodating 12 guests is positioned comfortably behind the lounge area and beside the kitchen. The kitchen is divided from the lounge/dining space by a breakfast bar with a granite finish and six bar stools. Well-equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. Two large glass double sliding doors open from the living area to the pool terrace and offer sea views.

This level also features a WC and a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Guests will find table football and air hockey at this level. 

First Floor

There are two en-suite double bedrooms located on the villa's first floor.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is the first master double room with an en-suite shower room, including a jacuzzi bath. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

• Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a furnished balcony.

This floor also features a cinema room with an  L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV, a sound system, and a PlayStation. The sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate an additional guest. Additionally, a shower room with a W/C is located adjacent to the cinema room.

Second Floor

This level has three additional bedrooms: the second master, a double, and a triple room.

Bedroom 3 is the second master double room with an en-suite shower room, including a jacuzzi bath. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 is a double room( can be made into a twin upon request) with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 5 is a triple room with a bunk bed, a single bed, and an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

• Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a furnished balcony.

Third floor

This floor houses the villa's final bedroom. This room has direct access to a large furnished terrace with rattan seating. Guests can enjoy one of the most incredible views of Kalkan Bay from the roof terrace.

Bedroom 6 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the sloping roof eaves, some areas have limited ceiling height.

Outdoors

Expansive glass doors lead from the living area on the ground floor to the ample terrace that overlooks the sea. The swimming pool is relatively sizeable, 12 metres, and features a current-generating machine.

The alfresco dining area is covered and can seat 12 guests across two dining tables. There are 10 sun loungers next to the expansive infinity swimming pool, along with a stone BBQ and an Ottoman-style seating area.

A table tennis table can be found on the garage level.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Additional Information and Notes

Villa Mahal Beach Club is situated quite near the property, with about 200 steps leading down to it. Kalkan Beach Park is roughly 300 meters away, and a small grocery store is within 100 meters of the property. Kalkan's Old Town is approximately a 20-minute walk from here. The centre of Kalkan town is around a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, a water taxi service is available from the nearby beach club (note that a small fee may apply). Kisla Bay features several beach clubs, including the famous Mahal Beach Club.

The villa's pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. Please enquire during booking.

Please note that there are a decent number of steps up from the parking area to the property; therefore, It may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
