Villa Merih

Villa Merih is located in the Kisla region of Kalkan, near several notable venues, including Mahal Beach Club, Kalkan Beach Club, Green Beach Club, and Hotel Fidanka, which are within a 5-10 minute walk. Kalkan's harbour and town centre can be reached in a 3-minute taxi drive.

This stylish property features a private swimming pool, spacious rooms, sea views, and a BBQ area. The outdoor dining area next to the pool caters to outdoor meals, and the pool area is suitable for recreation during warm weather.

The villa comprises 5 en-suite rooms with extra-long double beds (160*200 cm), while one room has an extra-long single bed. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic sea views.

The entire villa is air-conditioned, contributing to comfort during warm conditions. The first-floor rooms have access to a shared balcony with 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, and the roof terrace offers magnificent vistas of Kalkan Bay.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board can be found under the stairs. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
