Villa Mirage Kalkan is a luxurious holiday property located in the peaceful area of Ortaalan, Kalkan. With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and furnished balconies facing the sea, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior design of the villa is chic and contemporary with tasteful furnishings and a beautiful color palette that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The exterior of the property is equally stunning, featuring a large sun and dining terrace with a freshwater swimming pool and a raised outdoor Jacuzzi. Additionally, a table tennis table is available next to the barbecue area, offering further entertainment.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin Beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, freestanding bathtub, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony.

3. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony.

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony.

Living Room

Adjacent to the outer terrace and connected via floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the spacious living room is attractively arranged with a plush sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. The space is kitted out for entertainment with a 42 inch LCD TV, DVD player, and sound systems. A cloakroom and laundry room with washing facilities is located within the ground floor living space.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen has a full range of high-quality electrical appliances, which include a built-in microwave, oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. To the centre is a large island that can be utilised as prep space and a breakfast bar with surrounding stools.

Terrace and Pool

Outside space at the villa is divided between two terraces, one at the pool level and a second on the roof. The main terrace is split between two levels, with steps leading down from the lounging area to the poolside. On the top half of the patio, rattan seating groups provide ample space for reclining in the shade and enjoying your morning coffee. There is an alfresco dining table and a stone-built BBQ to the side of the terrace so the whole family can enjoy feasting under the stars. At the lower section of the patio, the infinity pool is fringed with sun loungers, and the entire terrace is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean foliage and flora. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

The villa's swimming pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This service must be booked in advance, and the exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of your booking.
