Villa Montana

Villa Montana is a beautiful property in the Kordere district of Kalkan. It offers panoramic views of the sea and is just a quick 7-9 minute drive from the town center of Kalkan. The villa has seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has a jacuzzi as well. The interior of Villa Montana is expansive and light-filled, comprising a large living area, dining space, and kitchen. On the outside, there's a large private pool that includes a jacuzzi section. This jacuzzi can also be used as a pool for children. Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers and parasols, two swing seats, a shaded outdoor seating corner, a seperrate outdoor seating. Outdoor facilities complete with a shaded al fresco dining area and BBQ. Beyond these amenities, Villa Montana offers additional facilities such as a sauna, steam room, cinema room with a sound system, fitness area, a pool table and table tennis for endless entertainment and relaxation.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £53 daily.

6. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

7. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

Living Room

The living room features sofa set, air conditioning, flat screen TV, sound system, coffee table and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, outdoor seating corner, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
