Villa Moonset

Villa Moonset is situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, located on a street that runs behind the Lizo Hotel. The property is situated approximately 15 minutes on foot or three minutes by taxi from Kalkan town centre. Furthermore, it is also situated within a five-minute walking distance of the Migros and Macro Center supermarkets, as well as the restaurants The Brothers, Porchini and The One on Kalamar Road. The villa comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a sauna, an indoor pool with jets, outdoor pool, a games area and a freestanding bathtub in the master bedroom. 

The villa's accommodation layout is as follows;

The lower ground level houses the first bedroom of the villa, which is a double with an en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a sauna, indoor pool and games area. This bedroom has access to these areas through sliding glass doors. 

The ground floor comprises a fully-fitted, contemporary kitchen, a living area and a breakfast bar-style dining area. 

The first floor has the further two bedrooms, one double with a freestanding bathtub and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. The villa's pool terrace features a private 10.5-metre pool, including a shallow end and an array of shaded and unshaded areas conducive to relaxation.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bergère and a side table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, private balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table,bergère and a side table, freestanding bathtub, private balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room of the villa has two modern sofas, an armchair, coffee table set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. The sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The fully-fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, breakfast bar with 6 stools and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace comprise a private swimming pool with shallow end, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, pergola shaded outdoor seating, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a built-in BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The villa's indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £20 per day.
