Villa Muses Euterpe

Villa Muses Euterpe is one of four new villas that combine the best of traditional Turkish Mediterranean design with contemporary comfort and convenience. The property boasts a plethora of characterful spaces, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the surrounding sea views. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with one twin room and two double rooms with king-size beds, all en-suite. The master bedroom is a spacious ground floor room with sliding doors leading to the pool terrace and an indulgent freestanding bath. The use of wood and the high beamed ceilings are particularly attractive features, as are the tall windows and doors, which allow plenty of natural light to enter the room. The first floor comprises a double room with a large picture window that opens up the sea views to spectacular effect and a twin room. These rooms have access to a lovely wide stone and wrought iron balcony that expands into a circular sitting area. The ground floor comprises an open plan area comprising living and dining spaces and a kitchen fully equipped to self-cater. There's also a cinema room, WC and sauna on this level. The property benefits from a large picture window and glass doors that provide access to the swimming pool terrace, allowing for abundant natural light and an attractive connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The property includes a private salt water swimming pool, six sunbeds, which can be arranged in various areas of the villa according to the owner's preference. The private swimming pool extends the majority of the front of the property, with a shallow sunbathing area at one end, which is ideal for keeping one's toes cool while relaxing.There is parking available outside the villa, and Kalkan's beach, old town and harbour are approximately five minutes away by taxi or hire car. There is also a local mini market close to the villa.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, a wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £600 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
