Villa Muses Thalia

One of four new villas that combine the best of traditional Turkish Mediterranean design with contemporary comfort and convenience. There's plenty of character, and some really magical spaces, like the courtyard, which is the heart of the property. It's a great central hub for dining, relaxing and enjoying the hot tub. The movie theatre might also be a hit, as will the many places inside and outside the villa for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. Villa Muses Thalia is a large property, with enough space for up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. The villa's elegant arches, columns and stone inlaid steps, a hallmark of Mediterranean and Lycian design, make quite a statement as you approach the property. The accommodation is arranged over two floors with a 2 doubles (king size) and a twin on the ground floor off the central courtyard. The master bedroom is at the front of the first floor and is a spacious and very comfortable room. There's a large picture window that opens up to sea views, and there's an indulgent free-standing bath from which to enjoy them. We think the high beamed ceilings, tile work and use of wood are particularly attractive. There's another spacious double room (king size) on this level, and both rooms have access to a very attractive stone and wrought iron balcony with lovely views. The open-plan living area comprises a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining and living space. There's also a cinema room, WC and sauna on this level. Glass doors connect the living area both to the courtyard behind and swimming pool and terrace in front, giving the scope to create a quite spectacular indoor/outdoor space. The villa boasts a large private salt water infinity pool at the front of the property, with a variety of seating and sunbathing areas, as well as a garden just below and in front of the pool. A large shaded terrace directly off the living area extends the full width of the property and is furnished to enjoy alfresco dining and lounging. It has direct access to the pool and offers lovely sea views. There are sunbeds for guests in various areas of the property, which can be moved on request. There is parking available outside the villa, and Kalkan's beach, old town and harbour are approximately five minutes away by taxi or hire car. There is also a local mini market close to the villa.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, a wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £750 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
