Villa Neo is situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan and features 3 en-suite bedrooms offering stunning sea views over Kalamar Bay.

Villa Neo is a fully furnished and equipped villa with a modern kitchen, an ice-making machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and beach towels. It features a spacious lounge area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iDock, book library, and Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa and outdoor areas. The spacious private pool terrace includes six sun loungers, sun loungers, a BBQ, a lounging area, and a dining area suitable for outdoor dining.

The Kalamar and Kulube Beach clubs are located within a 3-minute walking distance and provide restaurant facilities, watersports, and scuba diving activities. The Old Town of Kalkan is accessible by a 15-20 minute walk, and numerous taxis operate in Kalkan around the clock.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, an ice machine, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, a hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating corner, an al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
