Villa Nergis, situated above Kalkan, is just a 20-25 minute walk or a quick 4-5 minute drive to the town center. You can reach the closest market supermarket within a 5-6 minute stroll. This amazing villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms with balconies offering breathtaking sea views. The interiors are beautifully designed, with an open plan living area and kitchen. The large pool terrace is the perfect spot to relax, complete with a private swimming pool. Plus, there is also a table tennis table available.

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room includes comfy furnitures, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, outdoor seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
