Villa Nobles Rox

Villa Nobles Rox is a spacious 6-bedroom villa located in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan. The property features a combination of contemporary architecture along with modern interior and exterior design elements. It offers outstanding sea views of Kalkan Bay from the pool terrace and various other areas of the villa. The property is situated near Kalkan town centre, providing access to a range of dining options, shopping, and the beach, which is approximately 15-20 minutes walk away.

Villa Nobles Rox features two private swimming pools(indoor and outdoor), which can be heated upon request for an additional charge, and ample indoor and outdoor areas suitable for relaxation and entertaining. The outdoor pool measures 15 meters and includes a jacuzzi section, sunbathing platforms, and a shallow area ideal for children. The villa also features a cinema room, a games room, gym equipment, a sauna, and a hammam, providing ample entertainment for families and groups of friends.

Ground Floor

The property is accessible via a private road and a gate that leads to the pool terrace. The entrance door is located at the rear of the villa. It opens into the living area, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and a mezzanine chandelier positioned above the dining table. A cloakroom area leads to a WC with a basin by the entrance door. 

The dining area accommodates 12 guests and is positioned adjacent to a black kitchen featuring a kitchen island. The island includes a sink, a 5-ring gas hob, a suspended extractor fan, and a dishwasher. The touch-open cupboards house a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, and blender for guest use. In addition, there are two Bosch ovens, one of which functions as a microwave, as well as a large fridge freezer. The living area features a large L-shaped sofa accompanied by a coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace and offer spectacular sea views.

The first of six bedrooms is located on the ground floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area with wall-to-wall wardrobes. 

The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space and the bedroom.

First Floor

This floor houses three further bedrooms. 

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area with wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the Juliette balcony, offering sea views.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the Juliette balcony, offering sea views.

Bedroom 4 is the master double room. This room is situated beyond the mezzanine and includes a freestanding bathtub. The room is divided from the adjoining shower room by black-tinted glass, which has a WC and twin basins. The room also has bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing area with wardrobes. The glass sliding doors lead to a side balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table, perfect for taking in the sea views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

Second/Top Floor

A glass door at the top of the stairs provides access to the roof terrace, which features a seating area and a bar. This space offers panoramic views and is suitable for gatherings or social events.

The remainder of this floor houses the 5th bedroom with sliding doors opening up to the roof terrace.

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an opaque glass wall divider, WC, basin, and a wet room-style shower. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. 

Lower Ground Floor

This level has various activities available down the open staircase. There is a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board, stored in the cupboards beneath the stairs.

The games room features a pool table and table football. The gym facilities consist of a weight machine, treadmill, exercise bike, aerobic steps, and free weights. Furthermore, the facility includes a sauna, a hammam, and a cinema room equipped with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is an indoor pool with steps leading into the water, and the sliding doors at one end of the pool area can be opened if preferred, allowing for sea views through the landscaped garden.

The sixth and last bedroom of the villa is also located on this level.

Bedroom 6 is a double room with an 'in room' black colour round jacuzzi bath and twin basins. There is also a separate shower area with a WC. The room has bedside tables, a dressing area with a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and fitted wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the garden patio, which offers sea views.

Outdoors

The impressive 15-metre infinity pool features a shallow area with four daybeds on wooden platforms and steps leading into the water. There are also 6 sun loungers, side tables, 2 large parasols at one end of the pool, and a cosy swing seat. The pool features a sunken wooden seating area with cushions and a large, cantilevered parasol, providing shade and a vantage point for the surrounding views.

Beside the villa is an additional day bed featuring its own canopy; a table tennis table is behind it. On the opposite side of the pool terrace, there's a dining table that accommodates 12 people, situated under a pergola, along with a built-in BBQ featuring a preparation area and sink for outdoor dining. Additionally, a wall-mounted TV is available. At the back of the villa, there is a water feature accompanied by flower beds, as well as an outdoor shower available for guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The outdoor and indoor pools of the villa can be heated upon request at an additional cost. The indoor pool is £250 per week, and the outdoor pool is £300 per week. Underfloor heating can be activated at an additional cost of £250 per week. From 1st November to 31st March, Sauna&Hammam usage is extra £100 per week.
