Villa Nova, situated in the scenic Kiziltas region of Kalkan and completed in 2023, stands as a beacon of luxury and sophistication. The property has 4 en-suite bedrooms up to sleep 8 guests. The master bedroom, featuring a luxurious jacuzzi that promises moments of relaxation and serenity. The sea views from this elevated space enhance the overall sense of tranquility. Upon entering, the open plan living room welcomes guests with a harmonious fusion of style and comfort. Large windows and strategic design elements ensure that indoor spaces are bathed in natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. A sizable pool graces the front of Villa Nova, beckoning guests to cool down in the pleasant waters while taking in expansive views of the Mediterranean. Sauna and hammam allows an experience for relaxation and wellbeing. Villa Nova has also pool table and table tennis, offering a friendly competition and make unforgettable memories.

It features a range of amenities to enhance the overall experience as comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is a striking blend of style and functionality. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace is designed to offer a harmonious blend of relaxation, entertainment, and outdoor dining. It comprises sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
