Villa Nymphe

Villa Nypmhe is one of our exclusive collection villas with magnificent sea views throughout the villa. It was built in 2021 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The villa has a contemporary design characterised by carefully crafted details. It offers ample space for relaxation, a large infinity pool for cooling off, and a table tennis table for entertainment. 

The property is located in the prestigious Kalamar area of Kalkan, within walking distance of restaurants and shops on Kalamar Road. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room includes an air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink and there is an exit to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a seating group, table and chair.

Kitchen

Fully equipped American style kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven and hob, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8 people, a spoon and fork set and glasses. The kitchen is  located on the pool floor.

Terrace and Pool

Includes a private swimming pool, comfy sun loungers, parasols, sofas, stone BBQ and al fresco dining area. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
