Villa Old Town Arden

Villa Old Town Arden is a recent addition to our collection for 2024, nestled in the center of Kalkan. This beautiful property provide lovely views over Kalkan Bay. Its prime location makes it a perfect spot for our guests, as it's just a 3-minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops of the Old Town. The property houses 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Four of these bedrooms have balconies with views of the sea, while the rooftop bedroom features a terrace overlooking the sea. The living and dining area of Villa Old Town Arden is open and spacious, filled with light, and offers plenty of room for guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs. Living areas connect seamlessly with the outside through doors leading to the terraces and swimming pool. The outer area of the villa features a private swimming pool that includes a children's pool. There is also an outdoor seating area, sun loungers, and parasols for guests' use. An al fresco dining table and a BBQ are available for those who wish to dine outside.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin Beds(can be made into a double if requested), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom: Third/Top Floor, Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the eaves, there are most areas with very limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfy sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
