Villa Olive Tree is peacefully situated on a hill in the beautiful Kordere area of Kalkan. This luxurious villa is ideal for a serene natural getaway, showcasing magnificent views of lush green hills and a private spa area. The private spa offers a Turkish hammam, sauna, and indoor plunge pool positioned on the villa's first floor. Designed to accommodate a group or family of 6 guests, this property features 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with its own jacuzzi. 

The living area is generously proportioned and consists of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Distinctive elements such as decorative lighting, stone walls, and an exquisite staircase create a warm and genuine atmosphere. Expansive glass windows at the front of the living room flood the space with light and offer views of the terrace and pool. 

The private terrace is equally impressive, boasting a beautifully paved surface and a custom-built private pool with a shallow edge, fountain, and waterfall features. The terrace also offers outdoor dining options at the back, featuring a BBQ and comfortable seating, making it perfect for sunbathing and enjoying complete relaxation.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground/Pool Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has a private balcony with two chairs and a table.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has a private balcony with two chairs and a table.

Living Room

The spacious living room is filled with light and has a breezy atmosphere, seamlessly linking to the outdoor area through expansive sliding doors. This space has air conditioning, a TV, stylish leather sofas and a coffee table. Next to the lounge is a dining area with a table accommodating 6 people.

Kitchen

The kitchen in America integrates the living area into a spacious open-plan design and includes an indoor dining space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. The kitchen is located at the pool level and provides a nice view of the pool and the garden.

Terrace and Pool

The ground floor features a spacious terrace with a private pool and a sunbathing patio. Next to the outdoor patio, there is a spacious dining area that is covered by a gazebo. This area features a dining table and a BBQ, making it perfect for enjoying meals outside. The poolside area also has sun loungers and outdoor seating. An attendant completes the terrace and pool maintenance daily. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
