Villa Orange

Villa Orange is a semi-detached villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. This location provides easy access to the town centre, approximately a 10-12 minute walk away. It is also close to supermarkets such as Migros and Macro Center, as well as several cafes and restaurants.

Villa Orange features 3 en-suite bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests. The property also features an open-air jacuzzi situated on the top floor.

Ground Floor

The entrance door opens into a hallway that includes an understairs cloakroom. Double wooden doors lead to an open-plan living area with two sofas and two armchairs arranged around a coffee table. The living area features an enclosed wood burner and a wall-mounted Smart TV. 

The modern kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. There is also a dining table for 6 next to the kitchen. 

The sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace from this floor.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this level: one double and one twin.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony with two chairs and a small side table.

Second/Top Floor

This floor contains the villa's final bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is a master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the villa's roof terrace, which has a jacuzzi bathtub and two chairs with a side table.

Outdoors

The villa features a marble-clad pool equipped with Roman steps for access. The pool terrace is reached by ascending 4 steps, which leads to a covered area containing 6 sun loungers. The lower patio also features outdoor seating and an outdoor shower.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
