Multi functional in design, the sizeable pool has been finished to clude a children’s pool, shallow pool for sun loungers, main swimming pool and integrated jacuzzi. The interior décor is chic and neutral with high quality furnishings and an ultra modern integrated kitchen with indoor dining area. Perched in a tranquil location on the hills above Kalamar bay, this villa is conveniently located for you to enjoy the amenities of the town.

Kitchen

The kitchen occupies one side of the ground floor living space with a central island and integrated dining table. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob, toaster, microwave and all the utensils and dinnerware required for self-catering stay.

Living Room

The sleek lounge has full height windows to either side which allows for a bright and airy ambience. Elegant furnishings fill the room with a wall mounted TV for entertainment. Satellite connection for the television and complimentary internet is provided for our guests. Plus all rooms are fully air conditioned.

Terrace and Pool

Complete with outdoor jacuzzi, shallow pool, children’s pool and infinity pool the sizeable terrace area is a summer heaven for relaxation. Pool terrace features lovely rattan outdoor seating, sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
