Located in the serene Kiziltas district of Kalkan, Villa Pine is a highly desirable property that’s only a 20-25 minute walk from the town centre of Kalkan. The property is thoughtfully laid out over 3 floors, comprising 5 plush bedrooms that provide substantial space for rest. And one of the double bedrooms has a jacuzzi bath. The interior is complemented by sprawling living and dining spaces along with a well-equipped kitchen, underlines the spaciousness of the villa. Outside, the villa unveils a large pool terrace complete with a private swimming pool, which includes an integral jacuzzi. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a hammock, allowing for ample relaxation. Off to the side of the villa, a shaded veranda offers a delightful setting for al fresco dining, complete with a traditional stone BBQ. The property extends to include a vast grassed area, equipped with a large trampoline, bean bags, a slide and swings and a football net. This wealth of outdoor amenities makes Villa Pine an ideal choice for families, particularly those with children keen on an active, fun-packed holiday.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table. Situated under the eaves and shares a separate shower room with 5th bedroom.

5. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table. Situated under the eaves and shares a separate shower room with 4th bedroom.

Living Room

The living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool with an integral jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols, hammock, al fresco dining area and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £200 per week.
