Villa Pirlanta is a remarkable property located in Kalamar area of Kalkan. This villa, sitting high and overlooking Kalamar Bay, offers sea views that are simply stunning. It's located just a 20-25 minute walk or a 5-minute drive to the town center and beach clubs. This luxurious villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with its own furnished balcony that offers lovely sea views. The master bedroom is even more special, featuring a jacuzzi bath for extra relaxation. Inside, Villa Pirlanta has a spacious open-plan living area. This area includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all designed in a modern style. Sliding glass doors lead from this space out onto the pool terrace. Outside, Villa Pirlanta has a sizeable swimming pool with children's pool, making it perfect for families. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and sunbathing platforms for relaxing, as well as parasols for when the sun gets a bit too strong. The sun terrace also features a hammock and shaded outdoor seating area for extra relaxation, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ for meals outside.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa sets, two coffee tables, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, round dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi area, sun loungers, sunbathing platforms, a hammock, shaded outdoor seatings, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
