Villa Primavera was built in 2017, luxuriously appointed with stunning sea and mountain views. Designed over 3 floors with 4 en-suite bedrooms for up to sleep 8 guests. The luxury properry situated in the stunning location of Kiziltas overlooking the Kalkan Bay. The villa has many features, including a pool table on the lower ground level, a table tennis table, some exercise equipment, and a treadmill in the garden area. The property's pool terrace is considerably expansive and includes an integrated jacuzzi. It can be used as a children's pool as well.

Villa Primavera is just a 5-minute taxi drive from the town centre of Kalkan. Taxis are abundant, reasonably priced, and available 24/7.

There is also a utility room, including a washing machine, iron and ironing board on the lower ground level.

The lounge area is massive and comfortable, an ideal space for entertaining. The living room features comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, air conditioning, complimentary internet, and a guests' WC.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, water cooler, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your stay. There is also a dining table with two benches for 8 guests.

Terrace and Pool

There is a sizeable private pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The pool terrace comprises comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing, a pergola-shaded dining table and a BBQ. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
