Villa Rosy

The beautiful Villa Rosy is located in the scenic Kalamar area of Kalkan and is the epitome of contemporary elegance, boasting a spacious layout with 4 refined en-suite bedrooms. Villa Rosy has been designed with tasteful shades of pink to perfectly suit the villa's name and presents unrivalled sea views from its private infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi. It's an idyllic haven where guests can admire the endless turquoise panorama while indulging in leisurely swims or dining alfresco-style. The villa also offers table tennis to add a dash of playful recreation. The remarkable blend of luxurious comfort, modern design, and captivating vistas is what truly makes Villa Rosy. Restaurants, shops, and famous beach clubs are close by, with Kalkans' picturesque old town a 25-30 minute walk away or a short taxi ride away.

Ground Floor 

Enter the property through the enchanting blush pink front door with ornate glass side panels into the hallway, where guests can find the first of four en-suite bedrooms, a classic staircase with a built-in sofa underneath and a guest WC.

Continuing through the hallway leads to the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living room embodies elegance and spaciousness with its double-height ceiling, adding a sense of grandeur. The real highlight of this room is the breathtaking sea views, creating a peaceful ambience for ultimate relaxation. The lounge includes plush furniture, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding doors provide convenient access to the pool area.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything required for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, water cooler and all the utensils needed. A breakfast bar and classy dining table give ample room for indoor dining. Sliding doors provide access to the side of the villa, where guests can locate the outside dining area.

The ground-floor bedroom is a spacious double room with an en-suite shower room. It's furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace with chairs, a coffee table and a relaxing day bed.

First Floor 

Three more glamorous bedrooms are on this level: a double, a twin and the master suite. A utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is also here.

The double bedroom features a unique circular bed in the centre, a freestanding bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Behind the bed is a separate en-suite shower room. A private balcony with incredible views over the bay is accessed through glass sliding doors, furnished with chairs and a coffee table.

The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a private balcony equipped with chairs and a coffee table, offering sea views.

The final bedroom is the lovely master suite, featuring an en-suite shower room and a double sink unit. It also boasts a luxurious jacuzzi bath and a hanging swing chair within the room itself. The bedroom also includes bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe, and a vanity table. Two sides of this room are glass from floor to ceiling, showcasing both sea and hillside landscapes. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with chairs and a coffee table.

Outdoors

The large pool terrace offers a multitude of options for guests to relax under the sun, including a raised outdoor jacuzzi with stunning views of the bay. There are a number of sun loungers, parasols, cushioned outdoor seats, and even two swings, one of which is uniquely placed above the pool. The substantial infinity pool has steps at one end for easy access and a large shallow section where guests can find two circular daybeds partially immersed in the water, ideal for sunbathing and keeping cool at the same time. An outdoor dining table seating 8 is situated underneath a pergola alongside a portable BBQ, sink and food preparation area. A roomy L-shaped sofa with a coffee table is next to the alfresco dining area.

At the rear of the villa, guests can find an outdoor shower and table tennis court, which is perfect for a friendly competition.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
