Villa Royal Life is a jewel tucked away in the serene Kalamar area of Kalkan. Built in 2023, this exquisite property is a part of our exclusive collection. It's situated conveniently, just a brisk 3-4 minute drive or a leisurely 25-minute walk away from the lively town centre. It's also within walking distance of the renowned Kalamar and Lures Beach clubs, making it an ideal spot for beach enthusiasts. The property boasts 6 plush en-suite bedrooms, each ingeniously designed as a personal oasis for its guests. The main bedroom is a marvel of luxury, featuring a jacuzzi that adds to the room's opulent appeal. The villa's architecture reflects an elegant design, with stylish interiors adorned with modern furnishings. The use of full-height glass doors not only floods the interior spaces with natural light but also creates a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas, allowing guests to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Stepping outside, you are greeted by an extensive pool terrace, highlighting a sizeable swimming pool for refreshing dips and moments of relaxation. The pool area is thoughtfully designed with floating sunbeds strategically placed in the shallow section, offering a unique and luxurious sunbathing experience. A pergola-shaded gazebo offers a shaded retreat for those seeking respite from the sun, while an additional projection screen area and table tennis table are perfect for outdoor entertainment.

5. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the lower ground level and have separate access to the main villa building. From here, guests will discover a set of external stairs that will lead them to the pool terrace/ground floor level of the villa.

Living Room

Elegant living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large infinity swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, sunbathing platforms, parasols, outdoor seating, two swing seats, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Note

Please be advised that a new development in front of the villa obstructs the sea views from the two lower ground floor bedrooms. The roof of the new property reaches a height comparable to, or slightly above, that of Villa Royal Life's pool terrace, with a potential maximum increase of approximately 50cm.
