Villa Sabr, located in the Kalamar district, provides ample space for up to 8 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms. The property is surrounded by mature landscaping, which enhances the tranquil and welcoming outdoor atmosphere. An open-air jacuzzi is on the ground floor, providing a relaxing space.

The villa has a bright and breezy open-plan design, showcasing beautiful sea views for guests to savour. The property features spacious indoor and outdoor areas, effectively accommodating families and larger gatherings.

The property is around a 20-25 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, a 2-minute walk from CarrefourSa supermarket, a 5-minute walk from the restaurants on Kalamar Road, and a 15-minute walk from Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube Beach Clubs.

Ground Floor

This floor has three bedrooms, each with garden views and access. The stairs lead from the garden to the pool terrace and the villa's front door.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. 

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. 

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

First Floor

The property's entrance is located on this level. The first floor primarily features a spacious open-plan living area. This area includes a lounge furnished with a large, cosy L-shaped sofa, a TV with European channels, and a sound system at one end, while the kitchen and dining space are situated at the opposite end. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and benefits from a bright and airy atmosphere due to two sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. There are options for dining both indoors and outdoors, with each dining arrangement easily accessible from the kitchen and the stone-built BBQ.

Bedroom 4 is located on this floor, which is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a sea-view balcony.

Outdoors

The property features a first-floor balcony and a ground-level terrace that spans the entire width of the villa. These outdoor areas are designed to provide space for relaxation and enjoyment of the views, complemented by mature planting on both levels. The villa includes large glass sliding doors that connect indoor and outdoor areas, resulting in a well-lit living space extending to the pool and dining terraces. The first-floor balcony overlooks a spacious pool and dining terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, rattan seating, and a dining table with chairs. A large stone barbecue with storage is located behind the dining area. Sea views can be observed from multiple locations on the first-floor terraces.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE - ADDITIONAL 5TH BEDROOM

A fifth bedroom is available for up to two additional guests, increasing the total capacity to a maximum of 10 guests for an additional cost. This double room is situated on the lower ground floor. It is important to note that this room is only accessed via an external door leading to the lower terrace, and there is no internal access to the main villa, making it inappropriate for children.

The 5th bedroom is available for an additional fee of £100 per week during May and October, £200 per week during June and September, and £400 per week during July and August.
