One of  4 near-identical 'Samira Villas' all in the same location in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, just a 10-15 minute walk or 3-4 min taxi drive from Kalkan town centre. Guests can also find a mini local market just below the villas. The villas have fabulous sea views and offer contemporary and spacious accommodation across 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests.

The Samira Villas, recently subjected to a comprehensive renovation program, provide spacious and comfortable accommodations in a strategically advantageous location. Each villa has a private pool designated for the use of guests. Additionally, guests can access the large communal pool and various facilities at the nearby Samira Resort Hotel.

Ground Floor

The open-plan kitchen and living area are designed with functionality and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities for self-catering, including a fridge freezer, an electric oven with a gas hob, an extractor fan, a microwave oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A dining area is also available, offering seating for up to eight guests. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, an armchair,  a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. The pool terrace can be accessed via large glass sliding doors.

On this level, there is also a cloakroom available for guests. 

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this level.

Bedroom 1 is the master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Second/Top Floor

This level contains the last bedroom, which offers the flexibility to be arranged as either a twin or a double configuration.

Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. This bedroom provides access to the villa's roof terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a table, chairs, and an open-air jacuzzi.

Outdoors

Each villa has a private pool with a shallow area designed for sun loungers. The pool is encircled by a spacious terrace, which contains a shaded al-fresco dining area suitable for up to 8 guests, a comfortable seating area, and numerous loungers and parasols. Table tennis table is also available on the pool terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
