Villa Sandie

Villa Sandie in Kalkan is a 4-bedroom villa that accommodates up to 8 guests. It is situated in the Ortaalan area, a short distance from the high street. The interior features high-quality furnishings, neutral tones, and distinctive curved architecture. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms and access to curved balconies overlooking the pool. The master bedroom offers sliding doors leading to a spacious roof terrace, which includes an infinity pool with views of Kalkan, lounge chairs, sun loungers, wooden planters, a pagoda with rocking chairs, and a bar. 

Additional amenities of Villa Sandie include a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, and a separate structure housing a gym, sauna, and Turkish hammam.

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A king size bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A king size bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is a well furnished haven, characterized by a sophisticated color palette of greys and neutral tones. The space exudes an inviting atmosphere, with thoughtfully chosen furnitures creating a harmonious blend of style and comfort. A flat-screen TV seamlessly integrates into the design, offering modern entertainment while maintaining the room's sleek aesthetic. The central focus of the room is a tasteful coffee table, completing the ensemble and providing a functional yet elegant centerpiece. 

Kitchen

The elegantly designed kitchen is a culinary haven, thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your self-catering experience such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas hob and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Terrace and Pool

The extensive terrace of the property is a delightful combination of different elements, featuring wooden decking, tiled areas, and lush green lawns. The wooden decking gracefully surrounds a sizable curved swimming pool with an integrated shallow pool for kids. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
