Villa Seascape is an elegant 4-bedroom villa featuring a private infinity-edge swimming pool, suitable for up to eight guests. The design of the villa emphasises a connection between the living areas and stunning views of the sea and mountains, primarily achieved through expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which create a breathtaking effect. The villa offers exceptional, comfortable, and bright holiday accommodations, including ample well-furnished outdoor spaces.

This beautiful villa is located in the sought-after Kalamar area of Kalkan, and It is around a 10-minute’ walk to the Kalamar, Kulube and Lures Beach Clubs, CarrefourSa Supermarket and a 20-25-minute’ walk to Kalkan's old town restaurants, shops, bars and the beach.

Ground Floor

The expansive living area spans the entire width of the villa, featuring a fully equipped kitchen at one end and a sitting room at the opposite end. Positioned between these two spaces is a dining area that accommodates 8 guests. The sitting area features a black colour L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, an audio set-up, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and high-end appliances such as an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, complemented by granite countertops. It is a well-designed and practical area with a sizeable glass door that leads out to the outdoor dining terrace, offering beautiful views. The villa's first of four bedrooms is also situated on this level.

A utility area is available on this floor, including a washing machine, a sink, an iron, and an ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

There are 3 further bedrooms on this floor: two doubles and one twin. All the first-floor bedrooms are en-suite and have sea-view balconies.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, a double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, vanity tables, a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV.

Outdoors

The living area boasts expansive glass doors leading to a terrace by the pool. This terrace has comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, relaxing seating, a dining table that can seat eight guests, and a BBQ. At the front of the property, there is a large private infinity pool featuring a jacuzzi and seating on a shelf.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
