The pool terrace is a highlight of Villa Sedef 2, surrounded by a grassy area and abundant trees that enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings. The private swimming pool becomes a central feature, inviting guests to enjoy a refreshing swim amid the natural beauty that surrounds the villa.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large private swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
