Villa Serin Ev

We are excited to announce the addition of Villa Serin Ev to our portfolio for the 2024 season!

Villa Serin Ev is located in the Lykia Estate, Kalkan, and is situated a 7-minute walk from the town centre, shops, and restaurants. The nearest market, Gule, is a few minutes away, while the Migros and Makro Center supermarkets on Kalamar Road are approximately 7-8 minutes from the property. 

The villa offers outstanding sea views from the pool terrace, balconies, and a large roof terrace. Villa Serin Ev accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. Two first-floor double bedrooms have sea-facing balconies. The property contains various amenities and features a spacious pool terrace.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedroom bench seats, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, dressing room, sea-faced balcony, bathroom with tub and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, and a wardrobe.

4. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and a sea-faced balcony.

5. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and a garden view balcony.

• Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 share a shower room, which is situated across the hallway.

Living Room

The ground floor comprises a split-level, open-plan lounge and comfortable seating area leading to the modern, bright kitchen and breakfast bar section. The lounge area features a plush L-shape sofa, rattan seatings, a coffee table, air conditioning, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an attached study area comprising a desk, sound system, computer, modem and complimentary wifi. This ground level also has a guest bathroom with a tub and WC. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The split-level kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar with 5 stools, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. Adjacent to this is an open-plan seating area with TV viewing.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, an outside sofa bed, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and other required tools(accessible from outside). An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
