Villa Siri

We are thrilled to add this spacious, beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa to our villa selection for the 2025 season. Villa Siri is situated in the Kisla district of Kalkan, offering incredible sea views. The living space is designed to be bright and spacious, and the property includes terraced gardens that allow ample outdoor space for gatherings.

The villa is situated just a 5-minute walk to Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach Club and a 7-8 minute walk to the Villa Mahal Beach Club. And It is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day. There is a mini-market just round the corner from the villa, as well.

Ground Floor

The living area is accessed through the entrance hall. It features a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin for guest use. A few steps lead down to the living room, which includes two sofas and an armchair arranged around a coffee table and a smart TV. Sliding doors provide access to a covered semi-circular balcony with a seating set and offers views of the bay.

Adjacent to the living area is a dining table with six chairs next to the kitchen. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with an extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms on this floor. At the top of the stairs is Bedroom 1, which is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This room is pink style and can be configured as a twin room upon request. The room has bedside tables, wardrobes, and a vanity table. The room features a Juliette balcony at the front, a picture window, and sliding doors that open to a shared covered balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, providing fantastic sea views.

Bedroom 2 on this level is a smaller double room with an en-suite shower. This bedroom is turquoise style and has a treadmill within the room, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a vanity table. A glass door opens to the communal balcony, and a Juliette balcony offers breathtaking views of the sea beside the room.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom, is under high eaves on this floor, and has an en suite shower room. The room is gold style and has bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, an armchair and a smart TV. There is also a kitchenette that includes a drinks fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, and water cooler. 

Sliding doors from the bedroom provide access to the semi-circular section of the roof terrace, equipped with a table and two chairs. The opposite side of the roof terrace can be reached through sliding doors from the kitchenette area. This section is furnished with sun loungers, allowing you to enjoy panoramic sea views.

Outdoors

The freshwater pool includes a ladder for access and is surrounded by eight sun loungers. A poolside shower is available, and steps lead up to the terrace adjacent to the villa, which features an outdoor dining table beneath a pergola and a BBQ for alfresco dining. A swing chair and a table with chairs are located under the pergola by the pool. The area beneath the veranda by the pool includes a table tennis setup and an additional seating area. 

Nearby the pool terrace, there is a well-maintained grassed area. This space features a hidden wooden pergola nestled among fruit trees, which includes a comfortable sofa set, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the scenic views. The garden features a set of steps that descend to a lower terrace equipped with two sun loungers and a comfortable sofa. This layout provides ample space for relaxation, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the spacious terraced garden comfortably.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
