Villa Spring 1 is situated in the Kordere district of Kalkan, providing stunning views of the sea and mountains. The property comprises 2 bedrooms, both featuring en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi and a heated indoor swimming pool for added relaxation. 

The villa has recreational amenities such as a table tennis table, football, and a treadmill. The villa's living area showcases a modern design. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, providing a cosy environment for cooking and dining. Outdoors, the villa offers a spacious terrace, a private swimming pool, and breathtaking sea views.

The property is located just a 10-minute drive from the town centre of Kalkan and the beach clubs.

Bedrooms

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of £25 per day.
