Villa Tiger

Villa Tiger, positioned in the Kordere district of Kalkan, offers impressive views overlooking Kalkan Bay. It is around a 7-8 minute drive from the town center and beach clubs. This luxurious property features 4 en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom equipped with a jacuzzi and TV. The interior design is both modern and stylish with a spacious living area, dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a table football and treadmill situated in the living area. Outside, there is a large private pool with a jacuzzi section and a shallow area. Access to the jacuzzi section is made easy with external stairs.  The sun terrace includes sun loungers, parasols and a table tennis for fun and relaxation. A plush outdoor daybed provides an ideal spot for afternoon siestas while the outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ offer a perfect setting for outdoor meals.

Living Room

The living room features L-shape sofa, armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, table football, treadmill and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and shallow area, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, outdoor daybed, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
