Villa Toros

Villa Toros is a beautiful villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It is a serene haven surrounded by lush forest on three sides, ensuring absolute privacy and serenity. The villa's advantageous south-facing position provides unobstructed views of the sun during the day and breathtaking sunset vistas each evening. Villa Toros is a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the Kalkan town center. The villa comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms, attractively designed interiors, a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen. On the lower ground floor, there is a large games room filled with a table tennis, table football, a TV with a DVD player and an HDMI connection for streaming entertainment. This space also includes comfortable seating and a dining table, making it an ideal spot for guests seeking shade from the sun or a hang-out space for teenagers. There is also a separate utility room on this level that houses a travel cot and highchair, along with a washing machine and drying racks for your laundry needs.

Note: The pool of the villa can be heated upon request at additional cost of £50 per day.

Living Room

From the private driveway, there's a nice front door that opens into the house. This leads to a hallway with a restroom and a big glass-walled living space that gets lots of light. This living area has a cozy L-shape sofa, fireplace, a hanging seat and chairs. The sliding doors bring the outside terraces into the house, complete with outdoor chairs, a coffee table and a pool that has a nice view of the sea. An Amazon Echo device can play any background music or entertainment you like. Stone steps lead to a round seating area with cushions. There's also a flat screen TV, Netflix and a Digibox (which can get all UK channels, including Sky, BT, and those from most other countries).

Kitchen

Stone stairs from the large living room lead one to an indoor place where people can eat. This area has a dining table for ten people. It's perfect for when the family gets together, for slow lunches, and for dinners when the sun is going down. Right next to this is a large kitchen that shares the open space. From everywhere in the kitchen, sea vistas can be seen. The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, rattan outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
