Villa Tria

Villa Tria is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, conveniently positioned less than a 10-minute drive from the town centre, where guests can find various restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs. This property boasts stylish interiors and exteriors, complemented by stunning sea and mountain views. 

It also features a sizeable private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee.

The villa spans two floors and comprises three en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite featuring a jacuzzi bath. Its elevated location enhances privacy, providing guests with a tranquil and relaxing environment.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Villa Tria includes an open-plan living area with seating arrangements designed for relaxation. It features a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation and a dining area accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom of the villa is also situated on this floor, allowing for convenient access to the shared spaces.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are placed in a cupboard under the stairs.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space and the bedroom.

First Floor

The first floor, accessible via elegant marble stairs, contains the remaining bedrooms of the villa. They both are doubles and offer marvellous sea views from their balconies.

Bedroom 2 is a master double room with an en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and double shower heads. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room with double shower heads. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Tria is spacious and designed for relaxation and leisure. It features a large swimming pool with Roman steps, offering a place for cooling off while enjoying beautiful sea views. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, providing options for both sun and shade. A seating area is located under a pergola, and there is an al fresco dining table and a BBQ designed for meals and entertaining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of 3000 TL per day.
