Villa Victoria

Villa Victoria is one of two luxurious neighbouring properties located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa offers breathtaking sea views and a whole range of amenities, including a sauna, hammam, gym, cinema room, pool table, heated indoor pool with jacuzzi section, and a private outdoor pool. The property has four well-appointed, en-suite bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor, while the remaining bedroom is on the lower ground floor, where the spa area is situated. The master bedroom is particularly noteworthy, featuring a sea-facing sunken jacuzzi on the balcony, allowing guests to bask in the stunning views while indulging in ultimate relaxation. The rooftop terrace of the property has also sun loungers, a parasol and outdoor seating. Villa Victoria has been furnished in an avant-garde style to provide guests with all the luxuries they need. The outdoor areas provide space for sunbathing, relaxation, and enjoying the sunny Kalkan days. The villa is just a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre, where guests can find shops, restaurants, bars, and beach clubs.

Things to know

Villa Victoria and Villa Yana are located back to back, ideal for groups who wish to book more than one property together.

The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £25 daily.

The plunge pool on the roof terrace will not be activated for the 2025 season.

4. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, furnished balcony with a sunken jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The avant-garde style living room features two sofas, an armchair with pouffe, coffee table set, air conditioning, TV unit with fireplace feature, wall mounted flat screen smart TV and complimentary internet. Sliding glass doors offer a convenient way to access the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-integrated chic kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, island unit/breakfast bar with four stools, dining table for 8, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool 

The spacious pool terrace of the villa features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Dimensions of the heated pool are 3m width, 7m length, 140cm depth. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
