Villa Vogue, an exclusive property in the Kalamar district of Kalkan, is renowned for its unmatched sea views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. You can walk to Kalkan's old town and beach clubs in 25-30 minutes or get there by taxi in 5 minutes. A short 8-10 minute walk leads to restaurants on Kalamar road and the Carrefoursa supermarket. The property itself is generously sized, housing 5 en-suite bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The living area and kitchen are designed with a modern and stylish flair. The rooftop terrace features an open-air jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury to the villa. The pool terrace of the property is particularly generous in size and includes a private pool complete with an integrated jacuzzi section and a shallow section suitable for children. It is is also equipped with sun loungers, parasols, comfy outdoor seating, two swing seats and a table tennis set for entertainment. For dining, there's an al fresco table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features elegant sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section and shallow section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, two swing seats, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

RefundableSecurity Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
