Villa Waterfall 1

Villa Waterfall 1 is an impressive property in Kalkan's Kiziltas area. The villa features 5 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground and four on the upper levels. A graceful spiral staircase made of marble and iron links the upper floors with the ground floor.

A standout feature of the villa is the master bedroom on the top floor, which opens up to the roof terrace, includes a plunge pool, and offers sweeping views.

The villa's interior features an open-plan design that feels bright and roomy. The living room and kitchen on the ground level are filled with natural light from a towering double window, which beautifully highlights the view of the pool terrace.

Expansive sliding doors lead out to a generous pool terrace featuring an infinity pool. This terrace is perfect for having a BBQ while taking in stunning views of the mountains and sea, with plenty of room for dining, sunbathing, or relaxing on the swing chair.

This villa is located slightly outside the centre of Kalkan in Kiziltas, an area on a slope. The stroll down to Kalkan is enjoyable, but the walk back uphill can be more difficult. Guests might consider renting a car or using affordable local taxi services to return to the villa. A parking spot is provided for guests who choose to hire a car.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious open-plan design that is bright and airy. The living area and kitchen are interconnected and benefit from plenty of natural light courtesy of a double-height window. You'll find an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room. The well-appointed kitchen includes all the essential modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. This area extends to a large pool terrace featuring an infinity pool.

The 1. bedroom of the villa is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The master bedroom occupies this floor, which opens up to the roof terrace, includes a plunge pool, outdoor seating, two sun loungers, and offers sweeping views.

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Outdoors

The spacious pool terrace has a private infinity pool with Roman steps for easy entry. There are sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. A table tennis table can also be found on the side of the villa. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
