Villa Waterfall 2

Villa Waterfall 2 is an impressive property situated atop Kalkan in the Kiziltas area, offering beautiful sea views. The villa boasts fantastic features, including 5 en-suite bedrooms, two swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi section, stunning interior and exterior design, and a table tennis table. It's a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the town centre or a 3-4 minute taxi ride.

Lower Ground Floor

This floor features the villa's first two bedrooms. Both of them are double bedrooms and have en-suite facilities, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors allow easy access to a second pool terrace, which features a table tennis area and a sunbathing area.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor features an open-plan layout and is well-lit and spacious. The living room and kitchen are connected and receive ample natural light from a double-storey window. The living room has two comfy sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essential modern appliances like a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. The area opens out to a large pool terrace with an infinity pool. This terrace offers space for outdoor activities such as a BBQ and provides views of the sea and mountains, as well as ample space for dining, sunbathing, and lounging on the swing chair.

First Floor

There are three further bedrooms on the first floor at the top of a sweeping marble and iron staircase. Two of them are double, and one of them is a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. They all have bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes and sea-faced balconies.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Waterfall 2 offers a large swimming pool which cascades into the second swimming pool on the lower ground level's terrace, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, a table tennis table, an al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ, providing numerous opportunities for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. The first swimming pool also has a jacuzzi section. The lower ground terrace has sun loungers and a parasol. The dimensions of the second pool are 3m in width, 6m in length, and 150 - 160cm in depth.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
