Villa Yazlik

We are thrilled to add this spacious, contemporarily designed 5-bedroom and 5-bathroom villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season.

Villa Yazlik is positioned high above 'Kalamar Road,' providing remarkable views of both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays from every level. This tranquil villa features expansive interiors, incredible outdoor areas, and some of the finest sea views in Kalkan. The property features 5 en-suite bedrooms, each providing stunning views and ample outdoor space for families or friends to relax and enjoy.

Villa Yazlik offers fantastic amenities that you can enjoy during your stay, such as two pools, a sauna, a steam room, table tennis, table football, and cross trainer.

The villa is around a 20-25 minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi drive from the town centre of Kalkan. Taxis are abundant, available 24/7 and reasonably priced.

Ground Floor

The property can be accessed via a set of steps from the road. Off-street parking and ample space for two vehicles under a pergola are available. The entrance to the villa is located at the back, where you'll also find a table football set in a shaded area.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts stunning views through the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows. To your right, there's a TV lounge with a sofa and a large coffee table by the built-in fireplace. The wall-mounted Smart TV is equipped with a DVD player and a CD player, and guests can find a selection of DVDs and CDs stored in the cabinet below for entertainment. Sliding doors lead to a balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, where you can fully appreciate the views across both bays. The following room is a roomy living area featuring three couches and two chairs arranged around a sizable coffee table. The modern and fully-equipped kitchen features a gas hob along with an extractor fan, a spacious fridge freezer, a built-in electric oven and microwave, as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, juicer, kettle, toaster, and a water cooler. The dining table accommodates 8 guests comfortably and offers stunning views of the pool terrace adjacent to the villa.Large windows that extend from floor to ceiling at both corners showcase breathtaking vistas of Kalkan below and the islands.

A utility room adjacent to the living area includes a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, along with a separate cloakroom for guests featuring a shower near the entrance door, which is also available.

Lower Ground Floor

This level contains three bedrooms.

To the right, Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace on the lower ground floor, offering incredible sea views.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room with a jacuzzi bathtub. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a walk-in wardrobe. The sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace on the lower ground floor, offering sea views.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a walk-in wardrobe. The sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace on the lower ground floor, offering sea views.

The shallow pool on this level is designed for children, featuring water that cascades over the pool's edge. Amenities include two sun loungers with a parasol, two chairs with a side table, and a table tennis table for guests seeking recreational activities during their stay.

The metal staircase with gates on this level goes down to the sauna and steam room of the villa. 

First Floor/Roof Terrace

This level contains two bedrooms.

To the left, Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, a walk-in dressing area and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the roof terrace.

To the right, Bedroom 5 is a Master double room with an en-suite shower room and a round 'in-room' jacuzzi bathtub. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, a walk-in dressing area and fitted wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the roof terrace.

A cross trainer/bike is situated on the landing between the bedrooms for guests who wish to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. 

The roof terrace features a pergola with two wrought iron sofas with cushions, a coffee table, two sun loungers with a side table, and a parasol. This area provides panoramic views. 

Outdoors

The infinity swimming pool features a built-in Jacuzzi and a water entry ladder. It offers ample space for swimming. The area around the pool consists of 10 sun loungers and 5 parasols placed to provide shade. The space features a raised kosk that includes Ottoman-style seating, a low coffee table, and a bar equipped with six bar chairs. The dining table, located beneath a pergola, accommodates up to 10 guests. A stone BBQ is available for outdoor dining, offering panoramic views.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
